Meal Plan
It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
Eating the right foods for your body will help you lose weight, gain fresh energy and just plain feel better.
Breakfast
1 egg
1 sausage link/patty or slice of bacon
1 coffee with heavy whipping cream

OR
​
1/2 cup low carb yogurt such as FAGE
1/2 cup berries
1/4 of chopped pecans or sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon monk fruit (or other natural non sugar sweeter to taste)
​
Lunch
1/2 cup tuna with 2 tablespoons natural mayo made with eggs such as Sir Kensington
6 small cheddar cheese slices
1 cup cottage cheese
Black coffee, green tea or water
​
Dinner
4 oz meat or chicken
1 cup mixed greens
1/8 cup shredded carrot
1 hard boiled egg
1/4 sliced almonds ( or other nuts and seeds)
2 tablespoons of your favorite dressing. Yes you can have RANCH!!
5 oz wine

Snack
1fruit
You can do 1/2 cup of frozen berries with whipped cream without sugar. You can use a little stevia to sweeten or eat without. If you're not hungry, you can skip this snack all together and wait till morning for your next meal.
